    The room temperature was uncomfortable!!! The balcony is too small to enjoy a drink!!! Hearing the door sliding from the next room was distracting!!! The body lotion caused discomfort on sensitive skin!!!

    Lovely views, liked stunning setting.

    Location: the hotel was right by the main shopping road, many lovey cafes and the main shopping area in Dunedin city. The room was modern with lovely beds and luxurious bathroom.

    A Cozy Haven with Fantastic Amenities

    The room was super spacious, boasting a well-appointed kitchenette and a jacuzzi tub that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the space with everything from a washing machine to comfortable bedding, made it hard to leave. The only thing I would change is having a bit more outdoor seating available for enjoying the fresh air.

    I had a fantastic two-night stay! The room was spacious and bright with large windows, and the comfort level was perfect. The supplied premium bath products and heated floor tiles were a luxurious surprise. I did notice that the ambiance was slightly affected by the room lighting, which could be a bit brighter.     The Premier Studio was such a gem! The bed was comfy, and the kitchen area was super clean-totally handy. I loved the deep jet spa bath. It was the perfect way to unwind. The decor really stood out, too-it felt modern and well thought out. Great amenities like the washing machine. Just wish the balcony was a bit bigger to hang out on.
